Imagine a space where you can step out of the noise of daily life and into a more reflective, inspired, and authentic connection with yourself.

A space where you are fully supported, creatively guided, and gently encouraged to explore what feels most meaningful, alive, and ready to emerge in your life right now.

The Creative Session is designed to feel like your own personal creative sanctuary. It is an intimate, one-on-one experience inside my working artist studio where creativity becomes a pathway into greater clarity, self-expression, inspiration, and possibility.

The Session

The Creative Session is a deeply personal and customized creative experience designed for women who feel drawn toward creativity, inspiration, beauty, self-expression, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Part creative guidance, part meaningful conversation, part artistic exploration, these one-on-one sessions create space to reconnect with your own inner voice, creative energy, intuition, aesthetic preferences and authentic self-expression in a supportive, inspiring, and creatively alive environment.

This is not a traditional art lesson or therapy session.

It is a personalized creative experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself through creativity, reflection, artistic exploration, and guided self-expression.

The Experience

Prior to your session, you’ll receive a reflective questionnaire designed to help clarify intentions, creative interests, current life themes, areas of growth, and what feels ready to emerge creatively or personally. This allows me to thoughtfully prepare and create a personalized experience tailored specifically to you.

When you arrive at the studio, we begin slowly and comfortably over tea inside my bright ocean-view working artist studio in Santa Barbara.

This first part of the session is conversational, reflective, intuitive, and spacious. You may share what’s happening in your life, what you’re longing for, where you feel stuck, what’s inspiring you, or simply what has been quietly calling to you creatively.

From there, we begin to follow the thread.

Using creativity as both a mirror and a pathway, I guide you into a personalized creative process designed around your individual energy, emotions, intuition, desires, and creative interests in that moment.

Depending on the session, we may explore:

* painting

* collage

* drawing

* color exploration

* journaling

* meditation

* intuitive creative exercises

* reflective practices

* expressive artistic exploration

No artistic experience is necessary.

This work is not about perfection, performance, or technical skill.

It’s about accessing and awakening the part of yourself that is most alive, authentic, expressive, intuitive, and fully you.

The Support

A Different Kind of Creative Support

The Creative Session offers something difficult to access alone.

A safe, inspiring, and creatively expansive space where you are fully supported, guided, and encouraged through your own creative and personal exploration.

Unlike a traditional class, online workshop, retreat, coaching session, or therapeutic environment, this experience is highly personalized, collaborative, intuitive, and rooted in real artistic practice and lived creative experience.

You are not simply learning techniques.

You are learning how to listen to yourself more deeply, trust your own creative instincts, follow your inner guidance, and engage more fully with your own life and self-expression.

Because creativity is not only about making art.

Creativity is a way of engaging with life.

It teaches us how to navigate change, access possibility, express ourselves honestly, hold space for our own becoming, and recognize beauty, meaning, synchronicity, and inspiration in everyday life.

The Studio

Sessions take place inside my open working artist studio overlooking the ocean across from Shoreline Park in Santa Barbara.

The studio is filled with paintings in progress, color, natural light, art materials, music, ocean air, and the energy of real artistic practice. Creativity becomes easier here. The environment itself supports inspiration, expansion, reflection, and possibility.

At a certain point in the session, we transition more fully into the creative process through a simple grounding ritual with candlelight, meditation, music, and intentional creative focus.

From there, the experience unfolds organically.

Each session is unique, but many women leave feeling:

* creatively energized

* emotionally clearer

* more connected to themselves

* inspired and uplifted

* creatively alive again

* more trusting of their intuition and inner voice

* grounded in a deeper sense of self

Often, something meaningful reveals itself through the creative process — new insight, renewed energy, creative momentum, emotional clarity, confidence, or simply the feeling of returning to yourself again.

You’ll also leave with:

* creative work from the session

* optional prompts or practices for continued exploration

* and an experience that continues unfolding long after the session ends
